TUNDRA TO TABLE: INUIT CULINARY EXPERIENCE
PADDLE EXCURSION Join us for a one-time paddle on our stable sit-on-top kayaks—perfect for anyone with minimal or no kayaking experience. Small groups of passengers will be taken out on calm days, with our expert guides always present to provide instruction and help you connect with the polar sea.
This one-of-a-kind adventure into the culinary traditions of the Inuit in Greenland and Nunavut is hosted by Inuit chefs who are experts in Indigenous cuisine. Tundra to Table was developed in partnership with Igapall, a non-profit Inuit food and cultural group. Guests enjoy four courses of modern Inuit fusion-style cuisine while chefs talk about the origins of the food and elements of Inuit cooking. The dinner, featuring regional tableware, includes cultural storytelling.
