Greenland to Newfoundland: Mountains, Wildlife and Viking History Our 14-day Greenland to Newfoundland: Mountains, Wildlife and Viking History starts with a charter flight from Reykjavik, Iceland, to your embarkation port in Kangerlussuaq, West Greenland. Within a few days we’ll cross the Davis Strait to Nunavut, then south to Labrador, where we’ll explore Torngat Mountains National Park, and ultimately to St. John’s, Newfoundland. This itinerary immerses guests in a cross-section of cultural traditions: Greenlandic culture in places like Sisimiut; Inuit and Nunatsiavut culture in Nunavut and Labrador; Viking history at L’Anse aux Meadows in Newfoundland; then the welcoming East Coast hospitality of St. John’s, famously steeped in Celtic music. You’ll even get to enjoy a Down East Kitchen Party.

Northwest Passage: The Legendary Arctic Sea Route Winding through the icy channels of the legendary Northwest Passage brings history to life across the Canadian High Arctic and Greenland. On this 17-day journey, retrace the route of the ill-fated Franklin Expedition and the later success of Roald Amundsen. Explore colorful Inuit communities, browse traditional handicrafts, and hike vast tundra landscapes. Watch for iconic Arctic wildlife, including whales, walrus, muskoxen, and polar bears. Join this immersive voyage along one of the world’s most storied sea routes—and return home with unforgettable memories etched deep.
