Meals on Board
Delicious, chef–prepared meals feature throughout your voyage! Meal times may change due to landings and wildlife encounters as we aim to maximize your polar experience. (Let us know about any dietary restrictions prior to your expedition.) Breakfasts and lunches are normally served buffet style, while dinners are served plated. À la carte meals are made at the time of your order. Our chefs will ensure you receive top–quality meals during the course of your expedition. Soft drinks and juices are available during meals and when the bar is open; beer and wine are served with dinner; and complimentary coffee, tea and water are available around the clock (included in the cost of your voyage). Spirits, premium wines and champagne are available at extra cost. Well-stocked bars are open late morning, afternoon and evening. An additional culinary option available to guests on this voyage is Tundra to Table: Inuit Culinary Experience, hosted by local Inuit chefs, who prepare four courses of modern Inuit fusion-style cuisine.
