GREENLAND CAMP EXPERIENCE

TUNDRA TO TABLE: INUIT CULINARY EXPERIENCE

Join local hosts at Tasermiut Camp, one of the most exclusive camps in Greenland. Our local guides will lead you through the wonders of their homeland. Spend ample time, in intimate groups, walking through the beautiful landscapes and pristine valleys, roam the tundra with a local chef who will show you fresh ingredients and then prepare an incredible meal together. Overnight at the camp and, if conditions are right, experience the magnificent colours of the polar twilight which will bring the beautiful mountainous surroundings into full effect. Depending on conditions, this is also an excellent venue to enjoy the Northern Lights.

This one-of-a-kind adventure into the culinary traditions of the Inuit in Greenland and Nunavut is hosted by Inuit chefs who are experts in Indigenous cuisine. Guests get to enjoy four courses of modern Inuit fusion- style cuisine while chefs talk about the origins of the food and elements of Inuit cooking. The dinner, featuring regional tableware, includes cultural storytelling.

PLEASE NOTE For all paid activities, pre-booking is required. We recommend booking early as spaces fill quickly.
